This results in a dazzling white vitro-porcelain called Polaris. Polaris is exceptionally strong, tested in the independent Lucideon (UK) laboratories and SFC (France), who specialise in ceramic product analysis. Polaris porcelain has passed all the obligatory tests with flying colours, including abrasion resistance, behaviour under high temperature, mechanical shocks. The perfectly smooth non-porous glaze guarantees very high levels of hygiene and durability. Particular attention is paid to how the underside of the dish is polished, to protect stackable plates in the long-term.
